We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that Pine Bay Market does not ship packages under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that all duties, tariffs, and/or taxes imposed by your country for imported goods, are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Should a package be returned to Pine Bay Market due to the customer’s refusal to pay these required duties or taxes, the refund will be considered null and void due to customer negligence. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import regulations, duties, and taxes before placing an order. Pine Bay Market recommends researching your governing duty or tax rates before placing an order. Pine Bay Market will not provide this information for you. Use Google (at your own discretion) or contact a Customs Brokerage for detailed guidance.
By placing an order, you agree that Pine Bay Market is not liable for any costs associated with importing goods, including but not limited to duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees incurred due to customer actions or delays. Furthermore, any attempt to file legal action or claims against Pine Bay Market in relation to duties, taxes, or the terms outlined in this policy will be considered a breach of contract. Pine Bay Market reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including recovery of legal fees, for any such actions taken against the company.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and waive any rights to pursue legal action or initiate disputes, including chargebacks, related to international shipping costs, duties, or tariffs.
Pine Bay Market is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or any consequences resulting from the failure to comply with your country’s customs regulations.
PROCESSING TIMES
The majority of our products are Made-To-Order, meaning that once you place your order, we manufacture that specific product(s).
On average*, we'll have your order manufactured and processed within 10 business days.
*Order times can vary during peak season; October to December.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation request must be made with 48-hours of placing your order. After this time period, the order has been confirmed and Pine Bay Market will have already incurred costs in processing your order.
To cancel your order, please send us an email to info@pinebaymarket.com, and in the subject line, note your Receipt # and the word "Cancellation". A full refund will be provided once we receive your cancellation request email and verify you met the 48-hour time period.
Cancellations will not be accepted beyond the 48-hour window.
RETURN POLICY
Pine Bay Market withholds a 25% restocking fee for each product being returned.
All returns must be pre-approved by Pine Bay Market before they are shipped back. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of the item being returned to Pine Bay Market. Customers are responsible for providing their own shipping labels and return packaging, at the cost of the customer; Pine Bay Market does not supply shipping labels or return packaging.
Return Conditions:
i. The customer has contacted Pine Bay Market within 24-hours of the products being delivered from the time of delivery noted by the delivery company. Please contact us by email: info@pinebaymarket.com.
ii. The product has been inspected immediately upon delivery. We do not accept returns if the item has been sitting unopened for an extended period; it is the customer’s responsibility to check all items within 24-hours of delivery.
iii. The products were not used in any markets, events, tradeshows, and/or any other use. It is up to the discretion of Pine Bay Market to determine if a product appears to be used or not.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this section.
Any attempts to reverse a payment or initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without following this policy will be treated as a breach of contract. Pine Bay Market reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any lost funds, restocking fees, or additional damages resulting from chargebacks or disputes. Furthermore, any legal costs incurred in recovering such funds or enforcing this policy, including attorney fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Pine Bay Market reserves the right to take legal action or file counterclaims against any lawsuit that contradicts these agreed-upon terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Pine Bay Market is entitled to recover all associated legal costs in the event of any legal disputes initiated by the customer.

WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED & MADE?
All of our products are designed & made in Alberta, Canada!
We design, 3D model, program, prototype, test, manufacture, and package all of our products in-house.
Pine Bay Market is a 100% self-sufficient small business and does not outsource. Thank you for supporting us!
While we purchase the majority of our materials locally, such as sheet goods, please note that we do not have control over where our local suppliers source their products from.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Currently, all of our Modular Displays & Furniture are made from 12mm or 18mm (or a mixture) of premium cabinet-grade Birch plywood with a clear melamine surface coat. This surface coating provides a silk-smooth finish while also providing a wipeable surface.
Please note that while the surface is protected by the coating, we do not recommend exposing it to food or liquid. The coating allows you to wipe up "accidents" or wipe off dirt/dust. The coating is only protecting the surface, not the cut sides (where the plies of the plywood are exposed). These exposed plies are like a sponge - exposing them to liquid will allow them to soak up the moisture and bubble the wood.

OUTDOOR DISCLAIMER
Our Modular Displays & Furniture are intended to be used in both interior and exterior applications.
However, they are not rated for the outdoors.
"Outdoors" meaning that rain/snow will ruin the wood, and strong wind can knock-over or entirely pick-up the display.
Please be mindful of the weather conditions you're exposing your display/furniture to.
Pine Bay Market is not responsible for damage caused to our product(s), your product(s), your person or others, due to misuse or negligence. By completing your purchase, you assume acknowledgement, liability and responsibility to safely & properly use our products.
WEIGHT DISCLAIMER
We test our products with the assumed weight they will hold. For example, we test our small tabletop displays (such as the Rundle) with 5lb weights, as this display is intended to hold jewelry, greeting cards, or other small products of that nature.
Our products are not designed nor tested by a Structural Engineer.
Please do not purchase a Modular Display expecting it to support concrete blocks. Please use common sense as to the intended weight capacity when displaying your products.
Our products are not designed to withstand the weight of every known product under the sun. Please test and monitor the Modular Display closely. If you begin to see sagging and bending, it's too much weight!

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing to certain brands & companies who are looking to put in a bulk order. It is up to our discretion to offer wholesale pricing to companies that align with our values and brand image.

We design & manufacture all of our products in-house, and can work with you on custom design(s) to suit your products or layout. If you're a boutique, shop or business looking for a full design package, please email us for more information.

OUR STORY
We’re Janyssa & Dave, husband & wife, and the proud owners of Pine Bay Market.
The story behind how we developed Pine Bay Market has many moving parts, but in its simplest form:
For the past 7 years we both worked in the commercial architecture industry, where we were professionals in design & 3D modeling, drafting technical drawings, building envelope and building code. Through this career is where we grew our love of technology and design.
Through a series of events, we ended up purchasing a CNC router to assist with a home renovation. It was at this moment we realized we could do more with this CNC than just finish up our kitchen project.
Life is short and we were presented with an opportunity we couldn’t pass up. We took a step away from our careers to pursue Pine Bay Market full time.
October, 2023 - Pine Bay Market was born.

We do not.
As we grow, the plan is one day to have a showroom where customers can see our products in person year round.
