With projects CAD files, we extract the required linework to CNC manufacture reusable wood templates to address complex curves, radii, and angles. Alternatively, we can design and cut components used directly in the framing (ie. cut to suit 92mm steel stud framing).

To accompany our templates we create our own set of drawings, superimposed over the architectural drawings, identifying where each template is located. At the request of the GC, we can provide detailed location dimensions referenced to gridlines or established Northing/Easting coordinates.
